U read it alllllllll wrong ericknmark... they asked for all official documents non impediment, police records n such... they DIDNT NEED pics cell records, plane tix.. weve been together for a long time n have a 6 year old together my son's a US citizen that lives in JA with is dad so thats proof in it self i would say. i used a lawyer to file

email them ds230 completed n signed form and put in the email that you would to receive packet 4 which is ur appointment date via email as well... call NVC to see if they sent ur packet yet to the consulate if they say it was call the Department of state to see if they received it.

Hi for you to receive packet 3 ur documents have to be sent from NVC to the consulate in ur country. once u contact NVC and they say packet 3 has been sent to the consulate then u need to call consulate to see if they received ur packet.wen they do ask them via email if they can sent u packet 3 via email. Make sure u follow up with DOS everyday.Once they say packet 3 is sent then email the ds2...

Question?????????? who in VJ world have experienced a long wait for their case to be forwarded and how long from did NVC take to send it to the beneficary's consulate from the day they receive it????? NVC got my case on 7/13/11.... my NOA 2 is dated till NOV 1st

3 weeks now since NVC receive my case. i emailed them and they stated my case was out of AP for over a week now and it havent been sent yet.... bwoy o bwoy...i pray that it will leave this week.... i have all my document to go... i rather the AP here verse Ap in JA....

So my case is still in AP.. spoke to a rep on friday and was told that it is out of AP and decided to call back later on to see if it was shipped and was told that it isnt out of AP... IDK wat to believe but i am trusting God that it will be sent off this week... this is so stressing

thats a matter of opinion..u seem to be defending him however take into consideration that certain aspect of ur life n relationship, dispite problems and hardship is personal and need not to be shared on a social network and y would u stay with a man or a woman that "seem not to care" I will never care about a man more than he care about me... im jus saying...U may think its sad i think its rather Ridiculous...Evidently she doesn feel the same way he do seriously even a blind can see ...

that.. alot of time we cause our own downfall because the truth is right infront of us and we act naive and stupid thinking e can change a person. When its all said and done we r left broken hearted, broke n depressed. this goes for men n women. i wish everyone the best on this site. But again if the truth is staring u in the face, dont ignore it

What more can i do? Its like my journey will never end. I waited over the average time for my NOA2, then got an RFE waited for almost 2 months to get approved, now i am still waiting for my case to leave NVC and is been told that i am undergoing AP. I have been with my man for 11 years this October, we have a 6 year old son together, i go to JA every year.He has no criminal #######.I am starting to get really frustrated.To see these fake #### ppl who r being approved only to be divorced... seriously

3 weeks and 3 days since rfe reply. im pregnant. i worry about extra expenses if i deliver baby here. i hope uscis knows what they are doing.
