    Hi everyone I am new to this site. I am so anxious to get a response from USCIS. I used a laywer to file my K-1 Visa for my fiance who lives in Jamaica. I am a US citizen. I received the NOA-1 on the 21 of Dec 2010 and its been 132 days since. i am counting down the days, hopefully i will get NOA2 in the coming weeks. have anyone filed around the time i have and have received their NOA2 yet? please comment.... Congrats to all who have received NOA2 today...

      Welcome!!...Just get ready to start running when the NOA2 comes. Is your lawyer helping with paperwork for the Interview? If not, feel free to ask questions on this site.

      I definately will keep everyone posted on the progress of my case. and yes i am looking forward to soon, soon isnt soon enough...lol... No my lawyer jus filed the paper i believe once i get the NOA2 then i will get the help. However i am under the impression that the only person that will be going through an interview process is my fiance in Jamaica once he is approved n all the steps are take leading up to his interview at the consulate in JA. this site is great i am on here jus as much as m...
