    Hi everyone I am new to this site. I am so anxious to get a response from USCIS. I used a laywer to file my K-1 Visa for my fiance who lives in Jamaica. I am a US citizen. I received the NOA-1 on the 21 of Dec 2010 and its been 132 days since. i am counting down the days, hopefully i will get NOA2 in the coming weeks. have anyone filed around the time i have and have received their NOA2 yet? please comment.... Congrats to all who have received NOA2 today...

      yeah our noa2 is same as yours but from phils. we send our rfe on april 21 and no text or emailyet.

      Hi PreciousOne Thanks for commenting...I think the waiting process is the hardest part of the process... i see where its posted that the process takes 5 months on the USCIS website, however, on this site i see where it says that Vermont processing as of May 2,11 is taking 170 day...I wish u all the best and hopefully u will hear something soon...
