    The judge in Chicago ruled in out favor. We will be filing the I-601 shortly

    He was removed 2008,10 yr ban.He missed hearing/2006,5 yr ban,no waiver.We're attempting to reopen his case.This is very expensive & time consuming. 1st we did FOIA for his records, which contain proof they knew he wasn't notified.Getting a document notarized in Honduras=problem, Embassy helped. Waiting for a court date. If we win, we ask for another interview, then file I-601, 1 y...
