    May 2009 -our first meet on tagged.com
    July 2009 -officially gf/bf
    August 31, 2009 -first met in person. First visit. (3 months of vacation just to be with me)
    October 28, 2009 -our civil wedding
    September 28, 2009 -my hubby flew to US(went back)
    so much tears....
    April 2010 -filed CR1 petition. sent to USCIS
    August 16, 2011 -second time of visit, that was my birthday im so happy
    September 11, 2011 -my hubby's vacation ended, had to go back. He flew again and left me crying. missing him terribly. I strongly believed in LOng distance relationship.

    October 2010 -NOA (NVC) approved
    December 2010 -paid IV fee bill & DS3032 generated
    April 2011 -process DS230 (case pending due to waste of waiting, thought that DS230 will be mailed by the NVC we wasted so much time, till i found out that DS230 form is downloadable. OMG) 3 months waste of waiting, but thats ok. "thats life"

    May 2011 -civil documents sent to NVC (no RFE)
    May 2011 -Case completed
    June 2-3, 2011 -Medical passed
    July 8, 2011 -Interview Passed
    July 15, 2011 -Visa recieved
    July 16, 2011 -CFO seminar attended
    July 23, 2011 -My port of entry NEWARK Liberty, NJ
    USA welcomes ME!!

    He can file it single but it is incorrect and he should amend his taxes. I'm probably going to get my wife to go to Angeles City and go to the IRS acceptance agent there and get her an ITIN so we can file our taxes. Hope this helps you some...best wishes...
