Continued... I am awaiting military enlistment (my original plan). Life is so much simpler without having to sacrifice like I was... I finally accepted she didnt diserve it. If worth it I give my all, but she wasnt worth it. I party, dating, hobbies, partying, family, friends, working, etc. I am myself again. Best wishes in your journeys, this is my VJ closure. I will visit every once in a while. Hopefully I will meet some of you one day.

i wouldn't talk everyday..might as well save some $. plus u need to add a hint of anticipation....ur convos can stay spicy if u keep them in moderation. as long as you're not sounding mistrusting..if its innnocent like what did you do today..then that's different...

I filed @ VSC Like u... i used a lawyer which i now regret paid all this money... I know the waiting is hard and it gets harder the closer it gets to the end... i am 150 days into my petition for my fiance who lives in Jamaica...I received a RFE and sent it off last friday so i am keeping my fingers cross for the NOA2.... Good luck i hope u will gets urs real soon... hang in there... Hopefully VSC will speed it up and u will get ur approval. GOOD LUCK

Thats what I am saying...thanks all of you first of all... every one has different day totals... i just dont wanna be one of the least fortunate who end up waiting past the 5 months and on top get an RFE... Because the NOA2 is not the end of solitude..to me its only the beginning of the end... one still has to go through another waiting process followed. Thank you... at least the NOA2 relieves to be honest

sometimes we see the sign to out future and we think that its jus a phase. dont ignore the signs or u will regret it. i am not the one to say leave or stay. In ur heart i know that u see where this is going dont be blinded by love and be heart broken... Best wishes to u in ur decisions

i don't know if it will work, but please think about your doing ..this is a hard process but you are in just the beginning...my husband and i have waited almost 7 months and have had no noa2 and got rfe just a week ago and we have not had problems..not saying were perfect but if your having this much trouble now..what if you have to wait 7-8 months like some of us? good luck..i will pray for you:)

I went to DR..nothing extra special...I had not gone there since 2007..imagine,,,4 years...wow... Then, i went to my bro in law's house with him and thats were we met, she was there waiting for her brother...neither of us knew about each other and took both of us by surprise.

Flaco, I feel your pain. Counting the days, I do the same and its driving me crazy. I don't know if I can go through this Did I bite off more than I an chew? I want to tell you to be patient and not count the days, blah, blah, blah. but I can't because I find myself doing the same although you are further along than I am. I am at 49 day today. wow... you have a long way to go.. but hey...who knows and u get lucky these uscis people cant keep their word... no order whatsoever. the more days the more desperate one becomes so bear it man...it gets tougher and tougher

i agree! just give it time and just forget about the process for now dont touch it and dont stress it too much. and also dont mention it to her because you want her to come back because she loves you and not for a visa.

listen I must say if there is tru love, then it will overcome... I have been in the US 6 years i see my fiance once a year n i havent seen him since last March... Its damn hard no doubt...Our true love keeps us... Now isnt the time to be jealous wen u are almost together... sounds like the relationship was in trouble long ago...I agree dont cancel anything because u wont get ur money back... jus pray about it....Gods Blessing

This time I complained a little and the agent said she needed to transfer to the next level...not sure if its Tier 2. Initial review they do background checks and assess the documents. It says it on the website. The only possible obstacle after such review is an RFE. Am I correct?

I think that is just what they tell everybody because they just told me the same thing...just take it one day at a time from here and let's just hope that it's actually true but don't be too disappointed if it takes longer than 30 days.

It seems like VSC is getting to the march filers that sent their applications off in february. Hopefully you will be hearing from them soon. Remember that hearing from them before your 5 month mark is great even if its just a week or two before.

but keep in mind, your relationship cant just revolve around this Visa process...think about how your conversations are now...are you keeping the fire burning or just visa focused?

visa focused and fired is definitely burning usssss... pretty much a dead relationship some people say we nead "space and time" we havent not spent a day without talking on the phone or seeing each other since we met... and she says she is suffocated and done

there's probably pressure of moving too fast. a piece of 2 cents...in your conversations refrain from talking about the visa...only start to talk about that "business" when you get closer to interview time but u still have like 3 months....focus on the pleasure not the business...and ask her maybe she wants to think about it more and do the process later...now isnt really the time to be unsure about what she wnts to do when ur so close to the end so i'm on your side there...s...

It can take them almost 3 months to give u a date. I waited 4 months from noa2. U r looking at october nov. They seem to have already released september dates

Do you already have an interview date? Listen they gave me my interview date. I am going to call them this month to see bat packet 4. I am going to call almost every day until I am told if I want to pick it up. Have patience you are almost there.

I am gonna do both... I already emailed requesting early date and packet 4... BUT as soon as I get that date... I will email to request earlier date... also, call a few times (maybe twice a week)

agree with ana....they will more then likely be no date until after the 15th of the month, and no noa2 until after interview date is given....put you mind on a october date

agree with jaz. from what we went through, we waited 1 month and 12 days Just to get a Date, and THEN wait another 2 months for our interview. all i can say is its crazy, and EVERY case is different.

all i can say dont hold back, do what makes you feel better, call them every day until you get your Date hun!

Continue to call the visa specialist often (I called every day). One of these days they will give you the happy news of your interview date.

SI lo celebraron martes en el consulado... pero que cosa... hace un mes que recibieron y no me mandan ni un email... alguien fue recibido una semana antes (antes del 15 de julio)y ya sabe todo... y hasta tienen el paquete osea... eso de esperar el 15 de cada mes me tiene bien furioso.

I think this is your 7th status update about the same. "Pretending" to cancel your fiance's visa is simply mean, immature - and a big red flag for you guys. Support each other, that's why you're together, right?

I agree. This process is hard and there are going to be moments in which you're gonna feel frustrated and hopeless. THIS is where you're gonna NEED each other's support. Maybe you need some time to ponderate about the meaning of being together as a couple, maybe all these doubts should make you think about the need to spend some more time together before thinking about something so big as a marriage. I really wish you both the best of luck in your journey God bless you

I agree with the comments above. and I also believe if you say it , it will come true...so being patient and seeing what happens before you declare it is important. I think its good you guys are working it out. Hope to see positive coming from your status:)
