Case sent from NVC to consulate 7/20... but there is a red flag... she is saying she is not sure... sad to see my effort go to waste and not have her full commitment at this stage, this is hard enough... i am just going to go with the flow.. drama queen again...

It's natural...going through this process is a lot for both involved. During your next visit, put your true feelings out there and explain. This is a very big step, but it doesn't have to happened overnight. The visa does not have to be used right away. Take the time you guys need to work things out.
