I called Costumer Service today and they told me petition made it past Initial Review and that last week an officer was assigned to work on it. Another 30 days said the Tier 2 agent. Can anybody tell me if it will happen before the 30 days?
This time I complained a little and the agent said she needed to transfer to the next level...not sure if its Tier 2. Initial review they do background checks and assess the documents. It says it on the website. The only possible obstacle after such review is an RFE. Am I correct?
I think that is just what they tell everybody because they just told me the same thing...just take it one day at a time from here and let's just hope that it's actually true but don't be too disappointed if it takes longer than 30 days.
It seems like VSC is getting to the march filers that sent their applications off in february. Hopefully you will be hearing from them soon. Remember that hearing from them before your 5 month mark is great even if its just a week or two before.
