Passed interview and got passport same day, POE in Chicago on December 23, how is immigration down there?

Flying back home on December 23 to Chicago, who is POE down there? Anyone can advice?

My interview was yesterday 16 December, Approved and got my passport same day.

Waiting for my husband to home so we can order tickets

Hadrien's interview date is soooooo far away.

I wonder why I got such a late date - there doesn't seem to be much people filing from France.

I must have harassed NVC WAY too much. It was their payback

It has to be petitioner or it can be beneficiary as well?

Did anyone reschedule one? How it work and how should e-mail be written for consulate?

13 days after case complete and still not interview date

You don't need to wait for the NVC to contact you and you don't need to wait until the 2nd week of each month. The operators will tell you they only schedule the second week of each month but that's not the case (see Saylin's timeline as an example).

Operated told the same to my husband, that only in the middle of November we will get to know interview date.

So we might get know interview date earlier then middle of November????

Waiting for interview date

So we are last who filed in April who is still waiting for an interview date.

Why got RFE from NVC, my husband already sent it to NVC this Friday, hopefully now we will get our CC and interview date.

No NVC changed our K3 for CR1, and just was wondering how long to wait to get interview date after we filled all papers to NVC.

How long would it take to get response from NVC that our case is complete?

NVC received papers from us on October 7.

Today NVC recied documents from my husband, he sent affidavit and all papers from me, how long will it take to get interview date?

So far they did a good job, it's been only 4 month and we already paid bills at NVC

we have lawyers, so still we need to wait. Lawyers doing everything.
