Which of this date is your priority date, the PD or the noitce date at uscis in vermont..Hoping to read from you. AT the moment current PD is Feb 2009... our case if not current bc we are not US citizen.. US citizen always have visa available at anytime. for LPR its goes by PD and they are 21 months before ur date.. lets pray and hope the vb moved faster next year
