    Picked up my visa this morning and booked my flight... I'll be back in my baby's arms tomorrow afternoon!!! :)

    Hey there! You need packet 3 (the checklist with your case number) to book the medical. The consulate sent me the packet 3 letter by mail, and I requested they email it to me - which they did, the same day. The next day I faxed the packet 3 checklist back to them, and requested they email me packet 4, which they did the same day. Hope this helps! Check my timeline, too. :)

      question, What order did the docs get to you. did your doc you need to book medical arrive by email or mail and which one do you need for the medical and interview? Pack 3 or pack 4. Basically could you send me the chain of events after the consulate received your package?

    Passed the medical today... now on to my interview tomorrow! I wish my baby was here to hold my hand... so nervous! :)

    16 days since our NOA2 was sent and NVC still doesn't have our case in their system. Jeez, if it's not one thing, it's another... grrrrr!

    4 months, 3 weeks and 1 day since our NOA1 and still nothing. I wish our NOA2 would come soon. At least next week we can start harassing USCIS :)

      did u ever try calling the USCIS to inquire your petition? if u did, how was it? what did they say? :)

    Nope, you're definitely not alone! I'm so grateful for VJ because I know most people here know what I am/we are going through while my friends and family just don't know. We have each other! :). Your fiance is from Laos? I spent a lot of time there 10 years ago... beautiful country.
