    how long did it take to get the packet 3 to him? he has his police reports. And just waiting on that case number to schedule the medical. How much of a wait was it to get an appt? Did your NOA2 say it was forwarded to the consulate or NVC? Ours says consulate.

      Happy for you guys, it seems so endless, we've been dating for 4 yrs and she's been here 7 times but we dont wanna take any chances for her to come on VWP fearing it might harm our K1 case....

      Oh joe has come on 3 occassions with his last one this december and we have yet to have any issues....this visa thing seems like a never ending process and can be very tough at times. Hope all goes well on your end :)

    I really hope to hear something soon for you and myself and all the others that have been skipped. Everyday gets more frustrating. I also did everything to the tee and triple check to make sure this wouldnt take longer than it already does.

    Maning...I am in the same boat as you. It is sooo discouraging to see all these people who submitted the same time if not sooner than you get approved and here we sit. It is taking a toll on me as well...but keep your head up. It will happen soon. Have you heard back from your Congressman? I was thinking of doing the same thing. Please let me know how that played out and keep me updated.

    Maning...I am in the same boat as you. It is sooo discouraging to see all these people who submitted the same time if not sooner than you get approved and here we sit.
