No wonder the freaking NVC line is jammed all the time. It's people like you wasting the resource. There is no member wtith PD in march getting il WTH are you calling them this month!!!!

I never called NVC.. My case is not with NVC.. I will be adjusting my status here in US..Don't comment with out knowing the facts.. Every one else is as anxious as you are here..

I'm the only one in march with case complete and no one from april seems to have their case complete..

So we also have high chances of getting this month..

Not yet, national holiday in the UK today but maybe i'll hear tomorrow if it progresses that far. I see someone from the 14th got their IL so hoping for the best!

Well i feel sad for my self, All of this because Vermont fault....but the good thing is that we would be kept in a list of eligible for visa as soon is completed, hehehe

I don't think 4 weeks is good enough..they can atleast move 2-3 months at once..there is so much of quota left for this FY and so few candidates.There are so many ppl out there who are suffering with all this delay.It mite look good for you coz ur already done

I 130 processing time is struck at 23 jan 2011 for the vermont service center.

Does that mean that who ever got the I-130 approved will be lucky to get interviews quickly since the volume of approved cases will be low.PDs may move very fast in the coming months.

Apply for PIO card at ur nearest indian embasy..For my son it took 3 weeks approx to get it..

OCI is only for naturalized citizens i think..I'm nor sure though..

I am a greencard holder and I filled AOS under F2A for my husband (BTW, he is here in US with F1 visa)for which, priority date is August 25 2010

I saw VB is moving and hitting end September 2010. So my question is when we can file for for I-485 ?

I am asking, because I did not get any email or mail like other friends in the forum.

File I-485 immediately once you see your date is current in the official VB if he is still in US.(I assume you can file on Jan 1st..since JAN VB may move to sep 2010)

You will not get any email from NVC since he is not going to attend interview in a consulate.

Schedule an infopass appointment at ur local USCIS office.They are very helpful.

Also get ur medical done before since its valid for 6 months.
