My Fiance lives in America(American Citizen), I live in Canada(Canadian Citizen)..and will be getting married and relocating to America with my three children via my deceased partner.

Since they are of school age and will need to start after the summer holidays; what is the best option? I was told by a Lawyer to proceed with marriage and file via Spouse visa
