I currently have a tourist visa set to expire in 2021. My US citizen siblings plan to file an family-based immigrant petition soon.
Can i still travel to the US pending such immigrant petition given that i still have a valid tourist visa? Will I be prohibited from entering the US once I reach any US point of entry? I usually get to visit the US once a year and I am just concerned that if a petition is filed on my behalf, i would not be able to go to the US for vacation for 10 to 15 years. Thanks!
