    Hello everyone
Finally, after 335days, the day has come, the long awaited visa is in my hand.
I can fly home and be right by his side
I feel like doing the "Oh what a feeling! Toyota!" jump thing....

Georgiabound got a reaction from Austramerican in His interview is tomorrow!
My interview was last Tuesday, and we have our approval
Let him know that it is not as nerve wracking as you imagine, just try to stay calm, keep your answers concise and smile.
Make sure he has any additional evidence ect that you think you may need, I was not asked for further evidence but, it is better to be prepared.
All the interviews before me were approved, each person was given time to answer and my impression was that the interviewing officers were there to help not hinder.
    Good luck!

Georgiabound got a reaction from VanessaTony in New 2011 LAND DOWNUNDER, Aussie Aussie Aussie Oi Oi Oi
Hello to all the fellow Australians here
Reading about other Australian K1ers does help to ease the frustration of waiting for our NOA2, we have been waiting now for 156 days.
Just knowing that others understand, friends and family do not totally relate, unless you go through this process, how could you begin to?
How I tackle the seemingly endless wait is, to keep really busy, I try to fill my days with positive things and good friends. Remembering to take good care of myself and take time out for me, stop and breathe.... laugh and be glad I am alive.
Talking to my man on Skype each day, what would we do without that, I almost feel like I am home!
How fortunate are we all, here on VJ, to have found the love we have in another, a love worth all this waiting and frustration. We all are truly blessed as, someday we will be able to look back on this and think how small a time this K1 process was, in comparison to the years we have together, the rest of our lives.
Congratulations to all those who have your NOA2 or Visa approvals. "Keep fighting the fine fight" to all those who are waiting for the elusive, yet no doubt one day obtainable NOA2. We will survive, go Australia!!
