    I think I will do this go and visit the family come back and then go to immigration they will tell me what i should do because i am still getting mixed answers if i marry there won't be good here and for what it says for a k-1 on here must really be a real different thing in reality

      Read the Guides, they are very clear as to immigrations paths: K1 or CR1 (either bringing fiance to US or getting married in his country). The least expensive choice of the two is to get married and then file the I-130 to obtain the CR1 visa.
