The status of this service request is: Our review indicates that this case is actually within our current processing time. We are currently processing cases filed on April 29, 2011.       Again they are lying, the are approving already from August!! What is wrong with these people!! Why can't they just give a straight answer!! It is not their life on the line, they just don't give a E%Q$(

    ####### VSC!!! Where is my NOA 2, we have no previous marriages, no kids, no legal problems, we sent more than enough evidence and we are not yet approved while people from August is getting approved already!!! Really #######!!!!

      I called today also, the guy just told me that I should receive an email with further information and to call back in 30 days if I don't get anything, so really calling USCIS is a waste of time. I will calk my congressman again!

    Anothe week just finished and Vermont is still ignoring me!!! Why? Does it really matter what country the fiancee is from? I see people from August already been approved and I am from May 2nd. What is wrong with VSC?? I thought they processed as the receive :(

      I didn't get anything by mail, I have been checking my mail everyday, when my email or text make a noise I just jump :( I just don't understand, I am starting to think that they might lost my file.

      I know!! I just hate the process, instead of making being engaged a happy time USCIS is making this time the worst in my life, it is so stressful to see everyone get their approvals and in my case nothing, not even a touch, RFE, nothing...it is so stupid that when you call USCIS they don't have a clue and just say call again in 30 days! But they are very quick on cashing the checks!
