      Hey Rod, I just got my NOA2 today after passing the 5 month mark (156 days to be exact). I put in a service request AFTER our 5 month mark and got an email from them 3 days ago saying the same thing... wait 60 days... still processing... but today we finally got our NOA2! So I advice you soon as you hit the 5 month mark... to call USCIS again to update your service request stating that you are indeed pass 5 months... hopefully they will prioritize your NOA2 like they did ours.
