Ok, so I called yesterday to USCIS, they took my service request and today I received this email... The status of this service request is: Our review indicates that this case is actually within our current processing time. We are currently processing cases filed on April 29, 2011. Hey Rod, I just got my NOA2 today after passing the 5 month mark (156 days to be exact). I put in a service request AFTER our 5 month mark and got an email from them 3 days ago saying the same thing... wait 60 days... still processing... but today we finally got our NOA2! So I advice you soon as you hit the 5 month mark... to call USCIS again to update your service request stating that you are indeed pass 5 months... hopefully they will prioritize your NOA2 like they did ours. ####### VSC!!! Where is my NOA 2, we have no previous marriages, no kids, no legal problems, we sent more than enough evidence and we are not yet approved while people from August is getting approved already!!! Really #######!!!!

I am trying not to but it's so hard... Imagine how stressed I am that we had an argument because of my fiancee's pijama... Yes that stupid, hahahaha. We really need to get that NOA 2 soon or I will get a heart attack or mental meltdown!!

It makes me so mad to see in the forum all these guys getting approved in 80 days or less lately and I have been waiting for 5 months!!!! It is just not fair!!! Where is my file? This waiting is killing me and my gf

It is so unfair that they approve people who applied later... it is like being waiting in line at the Bank for 3 hours and somebody comes in and goes directly to the counter!!! USCIS needs to put some standards in this process!!

Hi, I have been reading all your comments, you know a lot about this process!! Based on your knowledge, do you know why Vermont doesn't keep an order in their approvals? I sent my 129F in April and have not received RFE or NOA2 yet but I see that they are approving people who applied in September already!! It is just unfair that they just skip the line!! Sorry

Anothe week just finished and Vermont is still ignoring me!!! Why? Does it really matter what country the fiancee is from? I see people from August already been approved and I am from May 2nd. What is wrong with VSC?? I thought they processed as the receive

I know!! I just hate the process, instead of making being engaged a happy time USCIS is making this time the worst in my life, it is so stressful to see everyone get their approvals and in my case nothing, not even a touch, RFE, nothing...it is so stupid that when you call USCIS they don't have a clue and just say call again in 30 days! But they are very quick on cashing the checks!

Yeah but till the deadline there is nothing to do... Just keep your faith and waiting..love is stronger than anything... I've heard VSC are now working on June applicants. That means with the rest they are done already. You didnt get anything from them by mail? People say we cant 100per cent rely on website. They are not accurate about updating case status. So u got any paper by mail?

Don't even try to call those guys, I called today and they said that I have to let pass 30 days before they can help me!!! And I asked them "what will happen if after 30 days nothing happens, I would hate to had lost a month" and they just said, sorry call back on day 31 and we will go from there! can you believe that???
