  1. We have called and we have emailed. They say they cant give us any information when we call and when I emailed, they said that our case is on the waiting list pending for an interview date. So basically they didnt tell me anything new. I want to know why it's taking so long. I try not worry but it's so hard not to!

it means they delay k1's interview in the emabssy...

i'm waiting to sent packet 3 to embassy & i thought they will respond quikly

  2. Hey everyone! We have been waiting 3 weeks now to receive packet 4 from the embassy. I thought it would take only two weeks. Has anyone else had to wait a long time for packet 4? Another question, our NOA2 expires July 29 and I'm wondering what happens if the interview is scheduled after the expiration of the NOA2. Does that mean we have to start all over again or what? Should I be worried?! Please advise! Thanks!

hey i wonder how it take that time ..i know it must be 1 week & they sent u this packet

i think u must call them or email them to ask

  3. Hi,

i thought i read that there is no case number when filing direct consular, is this correct? My husband can get his medical done this monday but they are asking for a case number and our packet never arrived. Do we have to wait for the packet, since i have found all the forms needed to send in?

you must call NVC to get this number or email them

  4. I have read a lot on here to forget about the I-129f because it's a waste of time. But just wanted to let everyone know my I-129f and I-130 were approved by the CSC on May 18th,2011. The I-129f was received first by the NVC and I received a letter by the NVC stating that the I-129f petition was being forwarded to the consulate. So it is not the complete waste everyone speaks of and people are still getting K3 visas. I still say file both as the law has not changed. The K3 is not dead until the USCIS/NVC officially say it is!

really congrats ...i wanna just ask when they received your case?

  5. Just got a text yesterday and confirm approval. NOA2 should be on the way within days. I know it will be at least 6-7 weeks from now until the US embassy sends out package 3 to my fiance.

When where or who do i send my i-134 to? and do i need to send my 3 years tax document too?

    thanks.

hey u send it to your fiance to put it in package 3 ...i don't know how much years i want know that too some people said recent year only & some says 2 or 3 year !!!!!!!

  6. That is fine, so long as you fiance still meets the income requirement.

His W2/1040s can be used, but also a letter from his new employer confirming his employment, salary, etc. or paystubs are required. He will write his current income on the I-134.

thank u for your help but i have another question my fiance have recent year (2010) W2 & 1040 is that fine or he must get 2009 &2008?

  7. Hi, I now realize you got your NOA2 I thought you had your interview, Sorry I am loopy these days this process causes that lol.

After NOA2 approval your case will be sent to The National Visa Center it will be there from 1 - 4 weeks then it will be sent out to the US Embassy. The Embassy will mail you Package 3, You will send this back and in about 1 - 2 weeks you will receive Package 4 which includes your Interview Date Letter.

Here's the information so you can be going over everything for Package 3 http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=Egypt&cty=Cairo

    Good Luck :)

thank u so much for your help :) pray for me for the rest
