      I called them emailed them 4 days after our NOA2, no replys. Then on the next day I called them and they said there was no case number for us yet, after some hours I recevied an email with our new case number. Call them, email them. It doesnt have to take that long.

      we called them 1 week after NOA2 &get nothing &called last friday &nothing too ..I emailed them but no replay yet :(..i think we should wait till tomorrow...
