      Still waiting on approval, hopefully soon! I started working 4 weeks after I got my green card and have been at the same school since then. We've started a business (skywardhobbies.com) so that keeps us very busy :)

      Good.... I think. Although it's the same old thing. You file, you do your bio metrics and you wait. Early November filers have been starting to be approved, we filed near the end of the month. It sure will be nice when this is all over! When do you get to start filing? Are you working?

    So as of tomorrow the 30days until they were suppose to mail me my GC will have come & gone! So I guess I need to make another phone call...I was hoping not to have to be annoyed & call USICS agian! Oh well this is how the whole process has been for us...why would this be different!!! LOL

    Just recieved e-mail from USCIS that they received my request and will try and get to my case as soon as possible!! ;)

    Called USCIS again and filed a request (My case is over the 180 days of normal processing) so now I wait to hear from them!! LOL

    So called USCIS and she said it should be one more month to hear anything!! So maybe I will have my GC by my b-day in June!!! LOL

    how frustrating: can't get new SSN in married name because I-94 expired last month...they need the EA card before it can be replaced...and now a delay with silly RFE

      The whole process is very frustrating! It's like they put up barriers on purpose sometimes. Hope it all gets resolved for you soon.
