I am traveling to Nigeria the end of August to marry my love. Then to restart the whole process over with a spouse visa. This is so hard. When I arrive in Nigeria we are going to plan our strategy. But from reading all of the posts here at VJ I know that I will have to come back to Nigeria to live with my husband to be until the time of his interview. BasseyAlexia, I would suggest you consult with an attorney prior to traveling to Nigeria and marrying your loved one. Find out what would be the best way to proceed. CR1 doesn't mean a visa in hand if you don't address the reasons why you were denied. I will send you an email.
