I'm not quite sure what you mean by their address.

You are talking about your letter of intent? you being the beneficiary? All you need to write is a letter with your address and date top right corner and then yes I suppose you can put the London embassy address left side before you write not that I personally think that is necessary.

All you need to do is start with :To whom it may concern" and so on and then sign it and date it . As you are not posting it separately and it is going in with your documents I don't see the need to put their address on it. Just my opinion though

Hi all, my fiance is in america and im in the u.k, i am gathering the last of my documents that i need for the visa interview and am a bit confused on the letter of intent, do i just put the address of the london embassy on? sorry if this sounds silly, just want to get it right!

Hi, yeah im wondering the same thing, i have a 5 yr old son and in my letter have been asked to fill out 2x ds-156 and 2x ds 157 an cant figure out whos details in which forms! i wish they would make it a lil clearer!!

I (USC) completed the forms on the computer and printed them in the US. I took the forms and all of the evidence with me to the interview. My fiance signed the forms when requested by the consul the day of the interview. Best wishes!

Hi guys, my petition recently got approved, woohoo!, and on the letter i got sent they asked for 2x ds-156 and 2x ds-157, i have a 5 yr old whom is going to be travelling with me an i was wonderin do i fill out both forms with my information or one for me and one for my son??? confused lol
