  1. I'm not quite sure what you mean by their address.

    You are talking about your letter of intent? you being the beneficiary? All you need to write is a letter with your address and date top right corner and then yes I suppose you can put the London embassy address left side before you write not that I personally think that is necessary.

    All you need to do is start with :To whom it may concern" and so on and then sign it and date it . As you are not posting it separately and it is going in with your documents I don't see the need to put their address on it. Just my opinion though

  2. I (USC) completed the forms on the computer and printed them in the US. I took the forms and all of the evidence with me to the interview. My fiance signed the forms when requested by the consul the day of the interview. Best wishes! (F)

    hey, yeah im confused about this too, as i have a 5 year old and wasnt sure if i needed to fill out one ds-156 for me an one for him, but i now know its 2 ds-156 for me, still unsure about the ds-157 thou lol!! :wacko:
