    A person who received their NOA2 1 week before I did already received Packet 3 last week! Guangzhou hasn't even received my file from the NVC yet! I'm growing more frustrated by the day! Jie REALLY wants to be here by Halloween.

      I also wish that we can be there by Halloween..heee..I have sent P3 to Guangzhou yesterday..because they said that they have sent me the package couple days ago..you also can write an email to ask if they have sent you PACKAGE 3. THE WEBSITE IS :

      if they said that they have sent you PACKAGE 3, then just download all the documents and fill them, then send them back to Guangzhou. It will be very soon to get our interview day..I will be watching your interview day..Good luck to you guys!
