Interview scheduled for October 12th......

Mine was touched last time on August 5th ....no interview letter or anything....the July fillers are getting the interviews already .....

No Interview letter yet.....

Mine took only 5 days......i've applied on 08/03 and received on the 08/08.

My case was at the CSC since June 15th and now i've received this:

On August 2, 2011, we transferred this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case.

thats a good thing?

your case was transferred to CSC so you probably won't get an interview letter. I'm right there with you on the about the ead though.

Yeah but i am not a K1 ....so i'll probably get the interview letter.

35 days since the Biometrics was done and no EAD and no interview letter......

My timeline its almost like yours....and was transferred to CSC too but i am not a K1 so i still think that i will receive the interview letter in the mail pretty soon.

That happens sometimes. The blue dot on USCIS page will bounce back and forth a couple times and then card will come in the mail shortly after.

By the way, can you please put your timeline in your signature so you don't post is every time?

Yes, most likely you won't get an interview. Mine just got approved today without an interview, 2 months after filing!

I have seen a lot of the K-1s getting approved without interview when they are transferred to CSC, But i am not a K-1, i hope i am wrong but i think i will have an interview.

On June 15th my case was transferred to CSC and now i received this:

June 21th "The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283."

Anybody knows what is that?

Most likely you will not need to have an interview.

Biometrics Walk in done today in Florida.....

Biometrics Letter in hands , June 15th..... , I dont know if i should try an early Walk in here in south Florida...Anybody have done with success?

UPDATED Timeline:

05/16/2011: Sent I-130, I-485, I-864, I-131 and I-756 to Chicago Lockbox facility via USPS Express Mail.

05/17/2011: (Day 1): Package received and signed by S BUSH.

05/23/2011: (Day 6): Email + text confirmation, saying they received all forms and sent notification through mail on 05/17.

05/24/2011: (Day 7): Checks cashed. ($1490) Ouch!!

05/27/2011: (Day 10): NOA received in the mail for all 4 forms.

05/28/2011: (Day 11): Biometrics Appointment letter in mail. Scheduled for June 22nd! :)

Looking at your timelime my biometrics should be on this way too, I am 1 day behind , probably tuesday.... ....lets keep in touch...good luck brasileira.

Ok that's my situation....my application was returned twice and i finally gave to a real lawyer to revise and she told me on friday that the paralegal that filled my application did a horrible job and even used wrong forms and outdated forms too....

Just sent it back this morning.....hopefully it will be the last time.

Yes... and it came with a green paper so when you send it back they will process it quickly....well i hope....lol
