one more thing... please enlighten me... when he filed for our petition he didnt included our 1 yr old son with the payments...someone told him that my son will automatically be included in the visa processing as long as i will declare our son... they said we will be paying 2 for visa processing..one for me and one for my son... . is that the IV fees? im confused... i dont want my son be left here of course... big thanks for ur time n concern.. appreciate it much

after AOS AND \IV FEES? what's next... coz when my husband was processed when they asked for AOS evrything else follows... in about 9 mos after they asked the AOS ( well of course he went through other procedures) he was issued a visa... well still hoping its gonna be faster now....

my friend is under f2a. their pd is sept 2010... they received a letter asking ther affidavit of support...

my pd is march 2011... what's next after affidavit of support.. and do they ask it even the pd is not yet current?

thank you so much... my husband received an approval of the petition but we hve to wait for our PD to be current... after the letter of approval whats gonna be next? am i goin to receive the same letter here in the philippines? coz he received it july 9 2011... ang up to now i havent receive my copy... please enlighten me... thank you so much
