PS - the Senator sped our wait up - got our NOA2 in now, so calling DOS for the LND next week for the medical.....

The wait is horrid, but the Senator should help speed things, and email you with info as and when - so you will know alot quicker than the norm.

Just heard - they need my other half to re sign the I 129F. Still waiting for the court case to leave the country - so will have to have my lawyer write a letter for proof to take the kids out. Ahhh - Still waiting again for our NOA2, but the TX senator is helping us now.

Hey - yes he is on the birth certificate. As she was born before 2006 he has no parental rights. BUT he is taking me to court for full custody - which is a joke! Very stressful and a huge worry

Your ex may take you too court and demand a paternity test for rights. Hope it goes well.
