ds.230 foam i send original documents to nvc .they reviewed and saying my marriage certificate & birth certifiate not original. i talked to supervisior and i told her these are original documents why you (nvc guys) are saying its not original,i was so frusteded with them.these are issued by goverment of india and in english so whats wrong with nvc.she told me they will review again .my question is what should i do now.if i go back to the department were they are certificate issued they gonna give me same one or just copy of original one .its so frusteded .i dont know what should i do please help me if some one have same issued (problem )or however have a solution of my problem

once they accept your choice of agent then they notified youby e-mail.after that they will generate the 404 bill again 2 to 4 buisness days i sugest you send both foam affidavit &ds 230 together thats what i did so nvc review your documents at once

nvc notified you by mail it takes about 2 to 4 bussiness days .did you get auto response by nvc when you send choice of agent if you get one nvc got e-mail

,i just paid of AFFDAVIT OF SUPPORT,i have documents ready for AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT to send .my question is what is the best way if i send AOS AND DS230 BOTH TOGETHER (i am waiting for $404 bill to generate &paid) in same envolope or i just send now AOS & later on i send ds 230 , i am thinking if i send both together they can look one time all the documents and they decide quiekly, what is the best way to do this stuff please give me advise thanks

i heard in india ,they ask passport clearance .its similar like pcc police clearance but its different certificate issued by passport authorties,i am not about your country you can go to your country portals and ask the question about passport clearance ok my friend

thanks for reply.my friend truth is about pettion approved i dont understand uscis how they approved .me & my cousin we both send the paper works same dayand his get approved 2 weeks before mine .i realy want the right answer how they approved new petion before old one .when i ask uscis they said we do indivisoul cases ,i dont understand uscis concept.if anyone knows uscis concept please let me & other people know .my priorty date for i-130 was 26 december,k-3 was 10 january both approved on 17th may .as your case did you contact conngresman if not you should do it know

1-130 & 1-129f (k-3) approved same time by uscis .my qoustion is i dont want to process 1-129(k-3) now what nvc do now ,what case they will process now .please hhelp me any one has similar problem like mine
