my fiance told me that the CO said "i dont think you know jenny enough, iam sorry i cant give you visa today" that was all. But the refusal lettet just say that he is inelegible on section 221g. I dont know what to do, just pray and wait to see what happen next. After your fiance denied, what did you do? did you contact the uscis or congressman?
