  1. Because my fiance is also quite busy working and doesn't have a lot of patience to do paperworks, I just did the them instead. I think most of the pdf form files can be edited and saved so you can do that then just email them to him. Recheck all the documents, I mean recheck a hundred times. lol. OCD alert on my part, sorry. Anyway, email those to him then he just needs to print them out, sign, get them notarized, and send them to you. It's better to get dizzy rechecking them than to having to see errors and ask him to send them to you over and over again. It will save time and expenses to you both. :)

  2. I'll be the one coming to the US and my fiance's mom asked me what I wanna do the first time I get to FL. I think she was thinking more on me wanting to go to Disney, Universal, or the beaches there, she got the funniest shock in her life when I told her "I wanna go to Walmart and buy junkfood! and we'll drive by McDonald's to buy Big Fries!":thumbs: hahaha. Can't wait to eat those huge junkfood that they have there and get fat asap!nomnomnom

  3. If I do that, will it automatically cancel out the other UID? Because I have 2 confirmation sheets right now. I printed both and I'm getting anxious on which one is the right one, and how to cancel the other one.

All the while I was thinking that the UID will be the same despite using the Schedule an appointment or K appointment Scheduling.

  4. I was trying to schedule online, I went to the immigrant visa appointment

clicked Schedule an appointment button and answered the questions they had there, I was able print out my confirmation sheet with 500XXXXX UID number.

Then, I went back to the homepage and saw the K-Visa Appointment Scheduling, thinking that I might have gone to the wrong section, I did the K-visa appointment this time and I was able to get an appointment, too. When I printed the confirmation sheet, the UID is different from the first one, it is now 100XXXXX.

What to do? I called their hotline and they said that I was able to obtain 2 appointments, one for immigrant and one for K1. They said they will try to cancel the K1 because "fiance visa is processed under immigrant visa", they just told me to wait. If the hotline won't know what to do about it, is there anyone here who could help?

    Please..

    I'm getting worried about it.

  5. We've sent our I-129f to VSC, we weren't using the updated downloadable files so the mailing address was not the lockbox yet. The docs were still good as per the USCIS webpage states. We sent it Oct. 2010 and we got out NOA1 on Oct. 22. We're still waiting for NOA2 until now. We called USCIS last end of March and they said we have to wait another 41 days. Another couple who were doing the same thing sent theirs 2 week behind us but they already got their NOA2 last March 29, they sent it to Texas.

We're just getting anxious that there might be something wrong, maybe gotten lost or something, that's why we haven't gotten our NOA2. They didn't return our application so we were thinking that despite the confusion in the address it was still accepted.

Wondering if other people experienced this and what they did about it.

    Thanks...
