Just to be clear I could send it now and I still would be eligible for the ten year one?

Am I going to have a harder time because of that?

I thought after two years of marriage I would be eligible for the ten year one.

I would be happy with either one don't get me wrong.

I just don't want to sent it know if I had the opportunity to file for the ten year green card two weeks later!

I was about to send my adjustment package in a couple weeks, but if I hold on to it for another month, me and my husband would be married for two years.

Would I be eligible for a ten year green card then or would I still only be eligible for the two year green card?

I live in west covina and I'm also from Germany.

I really like it here because its close to everything.

A one bedroom runs around 950$ and it won't be cheaper anywhere around los Angeles.

It's not dangerous here unless you are planning to join a gang.

Forget about la verne unless you have a lot of money.

How ever he did not work in 2008 but he did not receive unemployment.

Even though my husband is older than me we have lots of proof of a bona fide marriage.

Like I said we've been together for four years we lived with his parents for a year, we have many friends and we do everything together.

I'm just scared about the controversy of vwp.

Hi everybody!

This is my very first post here. I read and learned a lot in this forum.

I came over here on the vwp.

I overstated my visa for two years now and I have been married for one year.

I did not intent to overstay my visa, I came here plenty of times before and always returned back home.

What so ever I was not as lucky my last trip, so I had to stay.

Me and my now husband have been together for four years now and we have a beautiful son.

Could anybody give me some advise on what to aspect?

Please I need all the help I can get
