we are done completed the k-2 process and all that and got the ok to get married and we got married on the 10th so im not sure how to file an AOS or where could some one direct me my fiance is from canada i am from us she is living with me we are living in ohio

we have been apporoved my fiance has got her visa and is now living with me we plan to get married may 10th when should we file for a marriage license i live in ohio stark county also how long does it take to get a marriage license once you apply

my visa was supposed to expire in like September of last year and my fiancee just got our visa the 6th of feb and we were fine after we called them and asked for an extended time just call and ask for them to extend the expiration date as long as your getting all the papers to them as fast as possible its usually them that make it last so long so they should just have the expiration date changed or something

my fiance went for the interview a while ago and was mailed the visa through loomis express she picked up her package from them today she is not asking me if i can look up weather its ok to open the dhl envelope im not sure what shes talking about since im not there and i havent seen any thing while searching yahoo or this site about this so is it ok for her to open?

Elya my fiance is going in tomorrow for her interview every thing up to this point has been 100% smooth no problems all shots and medical also done smooth

about how long after the interview is the usual time that you can expect to get the visa

we just got a letter in the mail saying our fiance(e) visa was accepted also says that they have sent the visa petition to the national visa center (nvc) what else is involved before we get the all clear to get married
