Dude if you dont like the facts then I can't help it - but tell us one thing if they create a small/large center for expedite process, why won't the rest of ppl send their application for expedited process?

Everyone wants their visa process first, have you come across anyone who says ahhh USCIS can take their sweet time I dont care?

In my 15 years of dealing with immigration I have never come across anyone like that, most wants their visa as soon as possible.

As explained in my earlier post, having a kid does not meet the criteria - coz if they started doing that everyone who is waiting in the line (spouse) will start having baby to get their case expedited.

Supporting both families on both shore is not a hardhsip either, before you made a deicsion to get married to someone from your home country and you knew the timeframe required for it.

If the deployment is not in combat zone, then it might not work.

I meant a place that the uscis sends it to if its going to be an expedited case... Instead of the regular center so that applications are done without anyone skipping that line, but apparently your light shines a little dim. For example if there was another natural disaster and all of those cases got expedited and cut the line in front of everyone then yes i think they should have a center just for those cases. But your so smart you thought I meant hey lets just send all our applications to the expedite place... This will be my last post here... you an idiot.

According to time lines up above CSC is working on Dec 11--why waste everybody's time telling us every few days that you are frustrated ??

If I currently make enough to support my family... (Ive been living in russia all last year and doing things there so I didnt have a tax return this year.. I did file but they said I didnt need to so I wont have one this year) I will only have my paychecks showing how much I make... Will this work as far as showing proper income?? I do make enough bt will only have paychecks and letter from work to prove it as Ive only been working there this year.

Senator Alexander’s Office has spoken with the California Service Center to inquire status on your petitions. The liaison there told us since it is almost at 5 months processing time (the average max. processing time for these petitions) that he’d pull both and assign them to an officer today. That will help expedite the process.

Do you guys think this will help get my family here faster? Have any of you tried this b4? IF its assigned to officer how long should i expect?

They told me today i need an i130 for my son... He was born in Tennessee. He is with his mother now in Russia. Do I really need one? I was told by uscis that I didnt need one and now someone there told me i did... Im confused.

Ive looked through and found September, October, many many November and December i130s still at initial review... I know with the way things go ill be one of those people way past when its supposed to be done. Im considering flying back to Russia july 1st if nothing is done by then. This is all very very frustrating.

Just was skimming through cases way b4 mine... #'s maybe 20,000 cases b4 mine... i know some of these cases b4 mine are assigned #s for different categories and some certain #s only bring up applications with wrong fees, paperwork etc...Also the bad news from what i got going through them was it looks like most november filers havent heard back yet which sucks bc im a january 7th filer. Have many of you november -december filers heard anything back yet? Im at the CSC and curious about other CSC filers... Thanks!

The timeline part of this site shows k3 being done as of feb 9th noa's... mine is noa jan 19th is the timeline just off?

Put one wrong # in the check status place it say approved and you get all excited just to realize you made a mistake??? ive done this twice

Hey I said I didnt like it.... I didnt say hey i should have got it... I know what the reasons are and financial hardship is one of them you forgot to mention... I work and support my family there and i have to live here too, which is very expensive and is a financial hardship...I dont need you to tell me thats not a good reason about my son to be expedited, i know everyone misses their family... I was pointing out the fact that i am missing important parts of my sons young life whereas its not just me trying to get my wife here... I do believe there should be a small center for expedited cases though.... that way mine and other cases dont get delayed bc of someone else getting an expedite. The whole system could be more efficient.

As ive written b4 i filed a i130 and i129f... i dont remember the exact wording on the forms but if i wrote in k3 will i still be ok as far as when it is approved and sent to the nvc to get and ir1 i think? we will be married over 2 years. Also, ive read a couple people on here getting an expedite and while i tried to with mine it got declined and while i am happy for someone who sent theres in in march and already has everything done i hate you at the same time. Im missing out on a big important part of my sons life and i just hate this whole thing!

The people at USCIS didn't give you outdated information. They will accept, process, and approve the I129F for the K-3. it is NVC who closes it, if you call NV they will tell you the 129f will be closed

Im just curious as to how its not outdated information if they no longer process them at nvc... The uscis obvisouly knows they automatically close them so why dont they take the information down and stop accepting them? It doesnt make sense. Its just adds to the complication of an already complicated ordeal. I understand they are two different places but its all part of the process to get family here.

Ive tried looking up the information about cr1... Ive found the forms... ds230, i864 etc... What i cant find out is the exact cost of all forms needed. Ive read through various articles and its full of people saying it costs this much then next person saying no its this amount and then next person saying your wrong its this amount... Do you have a link to the total cost, approximate time to be processed, mailing addy etc.. I may just be looking in the wrong places.. I wish the govnt websites were a little clearer in exactly what to do, and cost.

According to what ive read my i130 should be completed in may or june... So im probably going to wait that out, then once its done deal with the NVC, I really wish the uscis and nvc had updated information... If the k3 is no longer being used they should say so bc the people who told me to initially file the k3 was the USCIS when i called their 800 #. It seems like misleading information.

The initial review never changing is annoying as mine has said so since my receipt notice of January 7th. I wish it said we are almost at your case... or had a ticker saying you are # 4754 in que or something then next time u log on it said # 4230 for example that way it gave you some kind of hope... Ive become very depressed since sending in my packets and waiting on my family and never seeing them

Ok this is going to sound like a stupid question.... but how do you know your case has been touched and what is going on with it? i only look at the uscis.gov and enter my receipt #'s. There is no new info and always just says initial review.

The 130 has a receipt of jan 7 and i129f of jan 17 so i cant unfile the 129f.... Yes my son is an american citizen.

Also, i forgot to ask... bc i am doing this myself... laywers wanted to much money! Is there anything else i can do to get my wife here? our son is american born. ive read about this ds230 but dont understand... Is there anything else i should do at this point?or just wait? i only have the 129f and i130 filed with the i think g325a's... im getting veyr impatient bc i miss my family very bad.

Today is april 21st, no news yet... everything is still at initial review. I have called the service center and asked for information but as any of you who have called there b4 they just read a screen and ask you many questions that have nothing at all to do with your case. For example i called in and said im calling about my wifes application to get her to usa, im not in the military, im not a lawyer and not a community based organization. Then after i said that i was asked if i was in the military, a lawyer or a community based organization lol. Also after saying it was for a 130 and 129f application for my wife i was asked if i was the petitioner or the person being petitioned. It really feels useless to talk to them. I hate to say anything bad about the people working at these call centers but they seem almost completely useless. Is this just me or do you guys feel this way too? They also say that they mailed me a receipt notice describing how my case would be processed, it doesnt say anything except the date filed, what i filed and if i move i need to give them notice... also its very annoying they ask me if ive moved everytime i call them. Im just very frustrated with this whole thing. It seems like the system needs a complete overhaul, i know it wont happen but this is so frustrating. I know they have many many applications to work at and mine is no more important than anyone else, except the fact that i know many people marry and get visas and greencards by fraud. Fake marriages and lying on paperwork, so its very hard to know im in line behind people who just want to come here illegally when i have been with my wife for a long time and have a family, but yet we cant betogether.

I have an I130 and I129 filed for my wife at the CSC, receipt dates are Jan 7th 2011 for I130 and Jan 19th 2011 for I129f. We were married in America June 27th 2009. We have been together since 2007. We have a 14 month old son who was born in the US. Its still at initial review as of today April 14th 2011. My wife is Russian. I am an American citizen. We both travel back and forth and visit out families.. I go on bus visas to russia 3 months at a time and she has came on tourist visas for no longer than 6 months at a time, we travel a lot. The online timeline says 5 months so we are hoping we will get an approval or some kind of answer or information pretty soon. Ive been working here and not seen my son since December of last year bc we are waiting for this i130 and 129f to get approved. I sent the biometric info in and eveyrthing else they asked for but have not received anything in the mail from them except receipt notices. Is this normal? They havent asked for anything or given us any information. also, should i expect to hear something within the next 2 months? I am missing my family very bad. I missed my sons first christmas and birthday and his first steps. Thanks for any information!
