      Congratulations. They put me in AP and asked for Joint Sponsor, totally ignoring my Wife's pay stubs from 2012 and only looking at her 2011 tax returns in which she did not have enough income. How long it took them to approve you after you submitted your joint sponsor papers?

      Hi Funfetti,

      Which birth certificate did you send to NVC that they approved? I sent my original one from City District Government Lahore and they say it is not original. It is computerized, in English and is detailed. I don't know which other one to send as I only had one.

    My husband & I received email from NVC, his Packet is being mailed to him & our AOS bill has generated. We have our docs ready for mailing & he's sending in Original docs.. Inshallah. Smooth quick process to have my husband here with me. Amin.

      We have paid the AOS fee, did not receive anything by post but in email. The status showed paid so my wife has sent the AOS I-864 form and documents by post to NVC. Good luck to you.
