Hi Elle,

I m not sure either USCIS or NVC does not have my petition and DOS told my visa on AP and second time i called them they said they wont tell any i will get a letter from embassy i m confused, embassy in singapore closed for past 1 week they will open on 21st Nov i m going send them email to know why DOS said on AP but embassy told they sending back my petition confused really,
