Good luck to you too! I really don't think "touched" means much. We have never felt so helpless and in the dark. We just keep telling our selves that at least we started the process. Should be a better way though!

My fiance and I have been dating for 3 1/2 years internationally and got engaged in December. We had NO idea how long the process would be to get the K1 visa so he could move to the states. We filed in January, received the NOA1 on Jan 12. our case was moved to NBC on March 6 and back to USCIS March 13. Not sure what that means but we were happy to see it had been touched.
