Hi everyone!! has anyone ever went thru Administrative Process at the Kingston Embassy after their cases approved?

If so for what? and how long does it normally takes..I know every case is different But i just want to hve alittle idea thanks to all who read

this post..and good luck to u all as well!!

Ours took a while too. We were approved August 4 at the interview did not get the passport back until August 30. I know it can be pretty frustrating not knowing what is going on or how long it would take. The crazy thing is on Monday the embassy finally emailed us back saying it would take another 2-3 weeks then on Tuesday it was ready so I feel like the response you get from the embassy and from calling DOS is just very generic. All the best and I hope your wait will not be much longer.

Hello, my hubby was approved for his visa on 7/19/2011 and it still hasn't been released to DHL. When we emailed the embassy in Kingston Jamaica they emailed us back saying sorry for the delay your visa package will be released shortly to DHL....has anyone had this happen to them and do you know what's going on????????????

Yes we are having the same problem. Ours was approve since August 4 and we are still waiting for the DHL to be release too. I am was beginning to get worried good to know that we are not the only one. Because I know it's normally ready in a week and we found it really weird. We were going to buy a ticket for the end of August luckily we didn't.

How do you go about emailing DS-230 to the embassy. The form does not allow you to save it online. Did you have to print it then fax it to them, or did you print it scan it and attach it in the email. Trying to email it instead of mailing it so it would go faster, but I am not sure how to go about this. You help will be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
