what my fiance did, is list his salary and his personal assets, insurance, etc (he filled all) but without any docs except letter of employee, bank statement & tax.. no question during screen docs/interview, but maybe as above opinion as long as income qualify, maybe assests is pointless...

she can enter US as long as her K-1 visa is not expired yet (printed on visa), and yes about 6months since issued (not related with NOA2 date-line anymore), and have to get married in 90days since arrived at POE), btw congrats for ur visa

Two of my friends 'facebook' have same problems, so they write email to embassy whether they can held church/tribe ceremony while waiting K-1 process completed, and embassy reply 'it's allowed as long as not registered to goverment', and while went to interview date, they bring email from embassy (one even pregnant), and they have no problem...

i send scanned copy...and we dont get RFE.. but during interview you need original copy with signature from the petitioner..through fedex would be great an fast...good luck

same with me, just sent copy scan (sign w/ blue ink) and no rfe.. but guess as you got rfe better send original one, so no need do twice just incase they want original one

Hi all, I hate to ask again but I just want to clarify cause I"m a bit confused.

I got the NOA2 saying it is approved and forwarded to the appropriate consulate. My fiance is in Taipei.

So now what? I know there's some more documents I need to get together here in the USA.

What about my fiance in Taipei? Does she need to call the consulate there to find out when the interview is? Or will they mail her the information she needs to bring and the date?

In a week or two, you will get news from NVC (ours by mail) that they recieved I-129 approval and will forwarded to embassy. In one week, Embassy will email you Instruction of Paket-3 on behalf of benificary (this Instruction will lead us what/how to do)... My fiance just forwarded email fr embassy this morning (but not sure if every embassy is same), now i&fiance start to prepare doc's req, n if all completed I'll contact embassy ... Good luck for all of us..

I agree with ERY , probably ur file is missing? idea to visit USICS office is sound good to me, meet them in person (hope it's possible to do), cuz 20 months is insane which other application could approve in 4months... But hope you will get news soon.. Gbu..
