YAY! Oshane Is officially a resident! Finally

still waiting on the green card! Oshane called a couple days ago and they said within 30 day! I hope it comes soon. planning a trip to Jamaica in January. feels like forever....

He finally got a job! its great, he seems pretty happy with it.. only hope is that a=our schedules will work together at some point!

Oshanes EAD and AP came today! We are sooo excited! two incomes will be great!

waiting on the work authorization to come through! Our timeline says possibly April 11-17... Im hoping thats the case. already been thinking about a trip to Jamaica next summer, we miss it so much

HI! Things are good. we are happy and healthy- oshane gets bored sometimes and a little home sick but for the most part I think he likes it. I cant wait for the paper work to come through we have so many things we want to get done! Looking at places finally- so we can be out on our own! How about you? did your sweetheart finally make is way here?! hope immigration isnt giving you anymore trouble. Bless

ohh I am ok well we are ok,no all they told me is that they have it and should wait for review and if they need anything they will let me know but God is going to do something in record time I tell you.I went to see him Feb got to keep the flame lol.The boredom is expected but it is only for season that too shall pass..keep in touch.

We are good! thanks for asking. Oshane has been a little home sick here and there.. but for the most part happy.. we are actively looking for a place of our own. and cant wait for the work authorization to come through!

Has anyone else come across this... Oshane went to try for his drivers permit today and they said they needed an approval on his greencard before they could issue him a permit... i was frustrated to say the least.. once again Government run agencies being completely unhelpful.. I did indeed try and contact them 3 times before we actually went in to take his test only to find out later we couldnt even get one... bbllaahhh.. well the biometric appointment at least went really well! yay!

I sent all the ones that I had.. I had a Sponsor too. It took probably a month to get everything together.. mostly I had to wait for my sponsor to get her information.. and the opening hours of banks and post office- didnt really work with my work schedule soo it took a while to get in on the right hours.

He got his SSN, have a civil surgeon appointment on Sunday and getting ready to get married in a week and a half! SO much work- sooo happy to be going through it together. good luck to everyone else!
