I filed my AOS and ROC without listing all my stepchildren. They are over 21 years old. The youngest is 22 and he is listed in our health insurance (and attending college)that I submitted to USCIS. I got approved yesterday without interview.

The packet would be the brown envelope she will be receiving along with her passport and visa.

I brought my husband's photocopy of divorce decree for my interview, the consul didn't even ask to see it. But I heard some Consul make it hard for some people and ask to see originals. Better to make sure than sorry.

Hi, in my experience, my then fiance ( now husband
) used expedia too. I booked my ticket (Delta airlines)online using his credit card. They (expedia) emailed me my booking number, but after a day emailed me back saying that the airline (Delta) couldn't confirm my flight, so my husband had to call expedia to book me the same flight. 10 minutes later they emailed me that my flight is confirmed. At the airport I had no problem, I just showed them my itinerary and they gave me my ticket. They didn't ask for my husband's ID or credit card.

What is the Texas address about at the start? Is that your address or the address you're sending it to. You don't send it to texas, you send it to chicago. If you are AOSing from a K1 why are you including the B2? That's confusing. Payment is $1070. You forgot the $85 for biometrics.
There's a list in the AOS thread in my signature.
Why aren't you applying for the I-131? And where are the other supporting docs for the I-765?

HI VANESSA, MAY I ASK WHAT'S I-131 FOR? IS IT OK IF IT'S NOT INCLUDED IN THE AOS PACKET? THANK YOU.

The CO asked me when will we get married, I told her I want to be a June Bride and she laughed. And then she said "well your dream of becoming a June Bride will come true, you're approve!" I was so Happy. Got married on June 3.

Hi, for your 1st question, some say its best to go in the afternoon. be sure to eat first coz you will have a long wait. I went there at 10am i was done at around 4 pm.
2nd, the guard at the entrance wont ask for any Id, you just have to show them your NOA2 or NVC letter and interview appointment.

This is from James&Cynthia: I just follow everything he wrote in there
This is what I did:
1. Go to this website: http://www.ustraveldocs.com//
2. Select the Philippines for the Country pull-down menu.
3. Do not go to the non-immigrant section. Instead, go to the "Immigrant Visas" section and click on "Applying for an Immigration Visa Appointment".
4. From the Immigrant Visa Appointment page, do not click on "Schedule an Appointment". Instead, look further down and click on "K-Visa Appointment Scheduling".
5. From this page, you enter your passport number, case number, payment date, birthdate, and create a password.
6. The next page asks for passport issuance date and experiation date. It also asks for the address to send your passport to after receiving visa. You need to know City, State/Province, and ZIPCODE.
7. After entering the required info, your name goes to a list and your asked if you want to add another applicant. If including a child with K2, select yes.
8. Go through the same process again entering in the information for the child.
9. Here's the tricky part. If something goes wrong and you exit the site but you haven't created the schedule yet, you can't start over again the same way. After the payment date with passport number has been used once, you can't use it again. Instead, you have to go back to the "Applying for an Immigration Visa Appointment" page again. This time you do select the "Schedule an Appointment" link and not the "K-Visa Appointment Scheduling" link. From here, you can re-enter the beneficieries info and add other applicants for the K2 children.
10. After all applicants are entered, you select them all with the check boxes, and select to set an appointment. Make sure all applicants are selected.
11. Now you just select the date you want and the time. It sets all applicants the same.
12. Last, you can download a PDF file for the appointment letters for each applicant.
thank you

Got my card in the mail today (4/22/2014) . So happy! Inspected it for errors and found none, thanks USCIS. Took 7 days for the card to arrive.
Thanks Yurika & Jim for the add. Thanks Pat.
Wishing everyone get their approval soon!
