Congrats on the Interview Jaymie! Now stop hogging that luck and throw some of it my way!

Electronic Items such as DVD videos, Data CD's or VHS tapes will not be viewed by USCIS or NVC. It clearly says so that all documentation must be in paper form.

I would still get the Local PCC. It is not going to hurt to get it. It will trigger an RFE if you do not send it. Wait for the RFE to arrive send it to the beneficary and then have them produce the PCC. It is going to delay the application process, but being safe and losing 1 month is better than losing years in the long run...
Good Luck!

Nice story there Rick!
I am not a fan of private business as the majority of Indian do prefer. The main reason is what was outlined in the article...family time.

I was sent a letter in the mail from CSC service center with a generalized inquiry letter stating on how to contact USCIS customer service line. They also sent everything back to me that I sent them with that letter. Not the initial application I have put in, but the G325a form that I resent. They even sent me back my envelope. lol.

Please check your timeline...the dates seems kind of off. Almost a year diffrence between I-130 sent and NOA1 notice.
Thanks.

Yes, its easy. Download the program Teamviwer. Its pretty self explanatory. Install on both computers and retrieve the alpha numeric code on the one you want to remote into and enter it in your computer and boom, all done.

Hey Raj,
You asked about the PCC's for India. I don't know too much off hand, but this is a link I bookmarked. Hopefully this can be of some use to you.
