Thanks for the help. I have one more questions. She was born in Tashkent but currently lives in Dubai. Dubai is where we were married and that is where the marriage is registered (it was also registered with the US Consulate in Dubai). Would things be easier if she interviewed in Abu Dhabi or Tashkent?

This is probably a dumb question but just like everyone else, I want to make sure I get everything correct the first time. I am a US citizen and my spouse was born in Tashkent. At the bottom of the form it says "This form is submitted in connection with an application for"...do we both check off status as permanent resident? Or should this just be checked off on her 325a?

I just got married to my wife who is Russian but living in Dubai, UAE. Can she fill out the G-325, sign it, scan it, and email it to me or do I need her to mail it?

When submitting evidence of bonafide marriage, what types of emails and chat logs are they looking for? We have hundreds of emails and chat logs ranging from normal everyday conversation to more romantic stuff. Thanks in advance.
