Visa issued December 28 2011. Just found out today due to an inquiry by my senator's office. almost one year since our interview!

So just an update, things turned around and Rabah is here now!! They called him about a month after his interview and told him he was approved!!!!!

So we had our interview today and Rabah wasn't denied, but he was approved either. They told him I need to go there and marry him and then file for a K3 visa and he would be approved that way. Im so totally confused and will be calling tomorrow. Not denied and he will get approval for a k3 visa?? why cant they approve him now????

Hamza 2 year green card came in the mail today! YAY!

Embassy called Adel this morning. Asked him to get an updated judicial certificate and bring it, his passport and an envelope to the embassy at his convenience. They didn't specifically state he was approved so I'm trying to keep my cool and reserve judgment.

Ok it's official and I can now brag lol we are fully approved with our loan and the house is ours yay!!!!!!! Closing on the 29th March out of here fully on the 1st April woohooooo
