I will also ask my neighbor and co-workers to write a letter. even though it just spans the last 1.5 years but I think it won't hurt. right ? I will also resubmit everything.

Hi, We were in a similar situation ( already approved ) we made sure that we wrote a cover letter explaining the change in address and we also had my father in law to write a detailed letter explaining that we lived with him and he was supporting us financially in other words, he was paying for the bills/rent/food... but if you can include any holiday cards/pictures of family together or anything of that sort' I am pretty sure it'll help.

we re moving to a new place and my wife doesnt have credit and the new apartment will be under my name only.

will that cause any problems?

Received my approval letter today, decision date is 02/21, didnt received any sms or email notification... Online status still says Initial Review.

Letter came from Vermont and said that I will receive card within 60days.

From the bottom of my heart, I wish that everyone whose eagerly awaiting for a decision from USCIS to hear something VERY soon.

I've been reading this thread for a while but only now figured I'd register. I filed my removal of conditions paperwork in late May in VSC. Just to let those still waiting from Vermont know, I talked to the INS rep yesterday and he told me I should wait for at least 7 more weeks cause they are so backlogged. But then again, sadly, it's not news in this forum. Just wanted to keep everyone's spirits high:) I'm thinking that I'll be getting one heck of a birthday present from INS in February:)

I just think it's random and sporadic.

Dear Companions in this wonderful Journey, Keep your faith strong and everything will workout just fine.

I checked the processing times for VSC on their website and I found that on August 31, 2011 they were treating cases received on the End of February.

After looking at different tracking threads it is apparent that they're working on April's applications now and we well receive (VSC applicants) the awaited

Green Card around Christmas time. It'll be a wonderful present.

I also found that checking other threads for previous month kind of stressing and encouraging; Seeing people getting approved within two months of filing.

I say if you don't desperately need your GC just sit, relax and enjoy the journey (same like that long flight that brought you to America).

It'll happen soon just keep the faith.

I'd say interview percentage is like 5%. Since you are CSC filer, you'll get approved in 3 to 5 months?

I have a question and I would truly appreciate your feedback/opinions or whatever in this subject,

I came to the USA in Jan/09 to be with my beautiful wife. We got married and all and I got my CGC on Sep 2009.

In June 2011 I will be filing to remove the conditions. When I first moved to the states me and my wife lived with her parents from Jan 09 till March 2011.

We recently rented a place a lot closer to my work...only 4 miles away. Her parents home is about 60miles away from my work totaling 120 miles daily commute i had to go through.

Now, we signed the lease for this apartment, we have joint utility bills together, for this address. however, we hate this apartment, our neighbors are loud, noisy and they play music so loud that im not able to sleep in piece. luckily we only signed a 6 months lease. our lease will expire on the 30th of September 2011.

because we have unpleasant neighbors my wife decided to go back and live with her parents ( which is indeed a good idea) considering all the psychos that lives around us. I go to her parents home every Friday night and come back Monday morning.

We kept our old address ( her parents home where my first green card was mailed to me) in our IDs because we're planning to move back with her parents back in September as we re considering to buy a home close to them.

now.... my QUESTION: in the I-751 form what do we put as our home address and Mailing address?

1) do we put the new apartments address? or do we put her parents address?

My opinion is to put the new apartments address as the main address and the mail address as her parents as we will be moving back there anyway. we re filing in June and lease expires in September so I don't want to move out from this apartment while our case is still pending.

What do you all think? please give me your opinions.

I have a quick question, my friend Got his student visa back in 17th April 2010.

He came to the us ( San Francisco) on the first of May 2010

Due to family emergency he had to go back to Morocco in August 31st 2010.

My friend is still in Morocco and would like to go back to USA

However, he'd like to change states... from California to Ohio

Considering He's accepted to a School here in Ohio

He's intending to come back to the states around September 2011... My questions are as follows:

1) Does he need to re-apply for a visa again?

2) If the School in Ohio Issue him a new I-20, would that suffice to grant him entry to the US? despite having the name of the first school that granted him the Student visa in his passport?
