    Well, seems like I'm proper ####*d. I cannot get a passport and the only ID I have is my birth certificate and an expired picture ID (health card).

    I know that they require a picture ID at the biometrics appointment. Can they accept the one I showed at CBP? Even if it is expired? Can I get anything else? I know State ID is out of the question...

    Hi I am going through the same thing right now. all i have is an expired id and my birth certificate and i have a biometrics appt this month. what do i do?

    When you went for your biometrics appt what did u bring? Because all i have is an expired id and my birth certificate?
