Im a Unites stetes citizen who was falsly accused of 2 spousal abuse charges 1 month apart,he was only here since FeB 2010,and I withdrew petition after he did this...He obtained green card from all my false charges
.All my charges were dropped,no information,He has then been putting restrain orders on me and me on him and also falsely violated one of mine.The whole time he was holding me captive in my home he had a retrain order on me,and courts didnt care,he kept me captive in my home for 1 week and beat me so bad and was arrested and that case was dropped by the prosecutor without my knowledge.I had photos and witnesses and nobody ever called me or asked me anything.
.I was forced to put house deed jointly 9 months ago with threats from him.I called I.C.E to investigate him.Will they?Or should I make an info pass appointment.This man never loved me all he cared about was his green card and to take my home and life away.I am now on food stamps and have no job because of all this.What can I do? Married 2 years he got his green card in september 2010..I files for divorce recently, Thankyou..
