Well so far we've only sent in the i129f so surely we'd just have to do the online part? Since it's only the Petitioner so far who has filed anything. Then I would fill in the new address on all the new paper works?

Hey guys

Just wondering, it looks like you can change your address on record with the USCIS online on their website. Does this complicate things? Will there be any need for paperwork? Or is it literally just a matter of creating an Account with them based on the case number from the NOA1 and changing the address?

I'm looking to visit my Fiance in the next month or so for a couple of weeks, was in the USA for 3 months (Dec-Mar18) and earlier last year for 3 months too. My question is, I fall a little short of supportive evidence of returning (other than my good history of leaving on time having been to USA many times)

I'm self employed, and currently live at my parents house in the uK... What would you use as evidence? I have Tax returns which show I've made sufficient monies though...

Any advice?

Parents mortgage?

Niece birth cert to show family?

No ideas

I popped to the local police station to see if I could apply to receive my police report. but they said they don't deal with this. and that I needed to get a CRB check... Is this correct? Does anyone know the site of where you can obtain the police record for the Fiance K1 Visa?

That's the list I have too.

Half of the stuff on there an NHS nurse won't give me because they just don't do it. But most are available on the Medical day.

To my knowledge, not all if any are really required for the K1 visa, but are required for the Adjustment of Status when you arrive in the USA and marry.

I'm just trying to figure out if HEP B will definitely be necessary for that... as it's probably worthwhile getting in the UK as it'll no doubt be cheaper...

Hi there

My fiancee is applying for the K1 visa and we're still in the early days but i thought i'd get all my documents together and get the necessary injections. I've had all the basic ones, the ones you would have as a child in the UK. I'm aware that they can immunize you at the Medical exam. But my questions are:

1) Do you need Hep B? As it's a three stage process. I don't work in any particular field that would require it here in the UK. But do all K1 visa immigrants need it?

2) If i don't get it now, will I have to get it when I get to the USA and apply for Adjustment of Status?

3) Does anyone know of any other funky ones i should insist on now from the NHS before the Medical interview?
