Yes I did sent. and yes again, what ur thinking is right. they wanted me to get new NBI clearance with A.K.A of Garlindos.... which is added sadness to me because they will release it by Aug. 18 coz my name have hit or same name... I hope in JESUS name my new NBI with AKA will have negative results

Hello VJ members. I want to ask an advise and tips who experience this?

My interview held last Monday July 29,2011 at 8:30am . the Consul Officer on my final Interview said wait my name to be called on window 73. She never say that my visa is approved. My name was called and the man in the window told me to get new NBI clearance that having my corrected surname.

here's the story about my Birth Certificate.

My last name was corrected by the civil local registrar last 2005, from GARLINDOS to GARLINDAS. the man in window 73 said that I need to get new NBI clearance with A.K.A of my corrected name.

now My question is I went to NBI same day after I was interviewed I get new NBI Clearance and I put on the A.K.A name is GARLINDAS de STINGERS,MARISSA y ATIENZA .. I want to ask if I get the right one that the Consul asking from me.

Or should I put on A.K.A is GARLINDAS ,MARISSA y ATIENZA?

is there anyone experience this too? do my visa approved already even if the Consular Officer didn't said I am approved yet.

and how long I need to wait to release my visa after I send the additional documents they asking from me.

PLS .. help!

The Consul Officer that interviewed me on my final interview asked a new NBI with my old surname na GARLINDOS... Now I'm really so confused if tama ba yung nilagay ko sa A.K.A na full name ko nilgay ko with my married surname instead Marissa Ateinza Garlindos lang...

me ganito ba senyo naka experience? hindi binanggit na visa approved na ko,

after ba ma send ito sa kanila eh visa approved na ba?

PLS... answer po... sobra na i stress na ko and worried if after ko maipasa e approve ba ako or what.. and gaaano ba katagal maghintay sai deliver yung visa if naipasa ko na yung hinihingi nilang new NBI sakin?

Hi to all members, I just want to ask if there's any member here under CR1 visa experienced what we are experiencing too. I am from Philippines.

our papers is already in NVC, and its approved. but sad to say they do not have available slot for appointment letter/schedule this month of June.. they said maybe 2nd week of July. but the again my husband called today and the man said none until July.. he said maybe by August,, wow! I feel they are playing our papers.... is there anyone experience this too?... how long I really need to wait for my packet 4, appointment letter/schedule for medical and interview.. PLS.. HELP...I am really so dis appointed here and losing hope. THANK U SO MUCH IN ADVANCE!

I am under CR1 visa, spousal. how can I take medical and interview if there's no appointment letter? today they said still no available schedule this month until next month so we need to wait again until August.... is that really is? can I ask you how long you got your packet 4 for your medical and interview schedule?

I am so curious and very confused because my husband called the NVC yesterday and the man he talked with said our papers is there already but no available appointment this month of June. so we are expecting 1st or 2nd week of July. is it really like this? I'm from Philippines, and I'm under CR1 visa. they ask me for my police. I am confused, I don't know what I need to pass. pls help me.... do I need to pass my Philippine police clerance or the NBI clerance or both?

you will have to do your medical not later than 15 days before your interview date

AND do you have Idea what I need to send,, Police clerance or NBI Clearance.... or Those 2?
